Oscar Scheller – Boys Cry (Official Video)

With four weeks and a small budget, I planned, designed, animated and directed the music video for Oscar Scheller’s new track, Boys Cry. This was released as the lead track on his new album, also with the name Boys Cry.

Mixing monochromatic line drawings with real-world photography, the montage of different art styles adds an introspective, abstract feel to the concept. The vintage textures and iconography suggest a universal experience, which perfectly encapsulates the themes of the intimate track. Rob Ulitski, Promonews
